Nestled in the heart of Henniker, New Hampshire, you will find a cafe that has touched the hearts of many in its fourteen years of business. St. George's Cafe is the cornerstone coffee shop serving breakfast and lunch to the surrounding community, but for many people it is more than a restaurant - it is a piece of home, a place that represents what we love about our close community, and a place to come together. St. George's Cafe is a staple in this community, and I am asking for your help to keep this local favorite around for all of us.

I began working at St. George's Cafe in 2011, after years of begging Betsy - the owner - for a job. I wasn't sure why, but I always felt like I belonged there. After working for Betsy and Dave on and off since then, it has become the one place that my heart strings are truly attached to. I have fallen in love with this community and the atmosphere that all of our customers bring to the cafe, and I can't picture life without it. Many people know that Betsy and Dave have been looking to sell the cafe for a few years now, and they have been flooded with customer concerns over the change of hands and what it would bring to this local favorite. The overwhelming opinion of the community seems to be that we all want St. George's Cafe around for many generations to come.

I am asking for your help to keep the legacy of St. George's Cafe alive in this community. I am currently working to purchase St. George's Cafe and I have been overwhelmed by the amount of support that our community has shown me in this endeavor.
