We’re reaching out to let you know we are kicking off a campaign to help with medical bills for Kim and Jesse Spell. Jesse and Kim are beloved BA parents. Both are very involved in the community with a heart to help and serve others in a time of need. And now they need our help!  Jesse has been in and out of the hospital since the end of November. What started out as a surgery to remove a benign lump in his pancreas lead to removal of half of his spleen and pancreas. Since then Jesse has developed infections and serious complications from the first surgery which has lead to 2 more surgeries. Has been admitted once again to St.Thomas. Jesse has not be able to eat or drink in weeks. Today, a f eeding tube was inserted to provide him adequate nutrition until they can correct the perforation in his stomach. There is still much battle to fight and a long road of recovery.

 

We can’t help physically because of covid restrictions at the hospital, but we can help ease the financial burden and resultant stress that the family is facing.
