Hi, my name is Kellie and I'm organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Katie and Mark Sotak.

Katie is my sister-in-law and, over Christmas, their sweet daughter Olivia was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor on her spine. Olivia is just under 18 months old and she is the light of her mom and dad's life. She brings so much joy to our family (especially her big brother Matthew!) with her beautiful brown eyes, wide smile, and her sweet and sassy attitude.

There are no words to truly capture the devastation Olivia's family is feeling right now. No child should ever have to go through a diagnosis like this. But little Livie is a fighter and right now she is receiving the best possible care and keeping all of her doctors on their toes as she begins her treatment.

While she's receiving the care she needs, however, the last thing Katie and Mark should be focused on is money. While insurance will help with some costs, we know the out-of-pocket expenses will add up quickly as a result of hospital stays, transportation, drug costs, and so much more.

I know money is tight for so many right now, especially after the holidays, but we are asking for your support in any form—whether through a donation, prayer, or by sharing Livie's story.
