Help the Skubal family rebuild their home and business

Location is Anton, CO.

Hi. I would like to introduce you to the Skubal family from a tiny town in eastern Colorado called Anton. Fred and Stephanie and their children run the only little motel in the town and also make their home in the same building. In this building they have taken in and housed at no charge, homeless individuals needing a hand up, people that are recovering from addiction, suicide attempts, African children’s musical groups raising awareness/ministries, travelers stranded due to vehicle problems or several travelers at once during bad weather. Along with the occasional paying customer and during the harvest season, some harvest crews. They not only put these people up, they feed them, pray for them and genuinely treat them like friends, no matter the circumstances. They truly are a blessing to have in the small community and to anyone who has had the chance to meet them.

On Saturday June 8th a dangerous thunderstorm came through the tiny town and although everyone is waiting for the final word of exactly what it was, it appears a tornado or straight line wind hit their place. These winds ripped the roof off. Approximately 125 feet of the roof of their home and the motel were taken off.

We are wanting to help them rebuild so they can continue doing the amazing work they do, without having to worry about where the money will come from to replace the roof, windows, carpet and all other damages.

They would be humbled and so thankful for every prayer and dollar you can send their way.
