My name is Oleksii Simutkin, and I am raising funds for my family (my wife, our two children (ages 9 and 6) and myself). We are a Ukrainian family who came to the United States four years ago seeking safety from the war.

Our current legal status allows us to remain in the U.S. for only six more months. Returning to Ukraine is not a safe option for our family due to the ongoing war and instability. To remain here legally, we must apply for asylum with the help of an immigration attorney.

We are raising funds specifically to cover immigration-related expenses, including attorney fees, application preparation, filing costs, translation of documents, and other legal processing fees. All funds raised will be used directly for these legal expenses to help our family remain in the United States safely and legally.
