Help Our Family Rebuild After Devastating Rental Damage

Hi, we’re the Sims Family, a husband and wife with a young daughter. We’re reaching out with heavy hearts and hope in our hands.

We’ve spent years working hard to build a better future for our family. One of our biggest achievements was buying a small home that we hoped would provide some financial security. Unfortunately, that dream turned into a nightmare.

We rented the home to a tenant who not only stopped paying rent over a year ago, but also left the property severely damaged—far beyond anything we could have imagined. Broken windows, rotting floor boards, and destroyed walls have made the house completely unlivable. We’ve been living paycheck to paycheck trying to make ends meet, and this setback has left us emotionally and financially drained.

We’ve poured everything we had into maintaining this property, all while supporting our daughter and covering our own living expenses. Now, we’re facing repair costs we simply cannot afford on our own.
