I have had the privilege of pastoring the Sikorski family for the last 6 years, of which they have been the model church members! Little Johnny was born in our church and desperately needs prayers and financial support. In July of 2023, Johnny was diagnosed with sepsis and acute osteomyelitis of his left tibia (a serious and complicated infection of the bone). He had surgery on 7/29 to clear out the infection and rotten bone in his lower tibia. He was hospitalized for a total of 12 days, 5 of which were spent in the ICU. He was sent home on oral antibiotics for 6 weeks and seemed to be improving. At his follow up appointment, it was discovered that the osteomyelitis had returned infecting the full length of his tibia bone. He went in for a second surgery that night and was admitted to the hospital for another 10 days.

He is now home on oral and IV antibiotics with the anticipation of doing another full 6 week coarse of antibiotics.

All of this is very costly and the Christian Healthcare coverage they have for medical expenses does not cover any of his out of hospital care, including all X-rays, the $900 cast placement, IV antibiotics, home nursing care, bloodwork, etc.
