In the early morning hours of December 30th, my parents’ home was devastated by a house fire. While we are beyond grateful that everyone made it out safely (which is truly what matters most) the fire took nearly everything they owned.

This home was more than just a house. It held over 30 years of memories from holidays, family gatherings, milestones, and everyday moments that can never be replaced. It has always been a place of warmth, love, and open doors. My parents are the kind of people who never hesitate to help others, often being the first to offer a bed, a meal, or a safe place to land when someone was in need. Their home has been a refuge for so many over the years.

This is incredibly hard to share, especially during the holiday season, and asking for help does not come easily. My parents would never ask for this themselves. But the reality is that they are now facing the overwhelming task of rebuilding their lives from the ground up, replacing clothing, personal belongings, household items, and so much more that was lost.

Any support, whether through a donation or simply sharing this page, means more than we can put into words. Every little bit helps ease the burden and allows them to focus on healing and taking the next steps forward.
