Dear Family and Friends,

Sadly we come to an agreement that mental health issue is a real thing. Even though this tragedy seems like a nightmare it is reality. We all know that the devil is a liar and more than ever he's out to destroy our families. Samuel was a loving Brother, Father, Son and Friend to all of us. He loved his kids and his family with all his heart.

Sadly his live ended in tragedy leaving a son and a daughter behind. Please find it in your heart to forgive any negatives narratives about his live. We are asking friends and family for help with funeral cost.
