The Martha Vance Samaritan Outreach Center is a 40-bed homeless shelter, food pantry, and soup kitchen based in West Plains, MO, and serving a seven county area.
Currently, the center is extremely low on funding, and without your help, will close by the end of the year.
The goal of $5000 is roughly the cost of one month of operation at SOC.
