Hey guys, my name is Julitza, and I am asking for much needed help for the Romero family. Denise Romero is a very beloved member of our staff, as well as an amazing friend and a humble and loving member of our community.

Sadly, on July 5th , tragedy struck and her family of 5 lost most of their home and possessions in a tragic fire. Although it originated in the kitchen, it has made most of their home unlivable due to the damage from the flames, smoke, and water. Almost everything was lost, including Denise's only mementos from her grandmother that passed. She, her husband Brian, their three children, as well as their two dogs (who alerted her to the fire) are split up and having to stay in different spaces, and there is not much progress with the insurance company. It will be a long road to recovery, to say the least...and the bills from their fire-damaged home continue to add up.

Denise and Brian have always been the friends that we can always count on and I hope that we might be able to help them now, when they need it the most. They are not the type to accept hand-outs, and always say that they are 'okay' when asked how they are... but in reality their family was left devastated, and I was hoping that we could help ease their burden. That is why I am reaching out for help...every little bit counts.
