Nuestra familia está pasando por un momento muy difícil y hoy acudimos a ustedes.
El pasado jueves 19 de marzo de 2026, nuestros padres —Alberto, Cándido y Fernando Rodríguez Torres— fueron detenidos en la frontera entre Georgia y Florida tras una parada de tránsito. A pesar de haber presentado sus identificaciones, licencias y seguro, fueron arrestados debido a que una de las licencias estaba vencida.Que por el hecho, no estaba.
Nuestros padres son hombres trabajadores que han dedicado toda su vida a luchar por sus familias, siempre esforzándose por sacar adelante a sus hijos y esposas. No existen palabras suficientes para describir la angustia y el dolor que estamos viviendo como familia en estos momentos.
Actualmente estamos enfrentando gastos legales muy altos, por lo que estamos recaudando fondos para poder pagar a su abogada que nos guíe en este proceso.

Help Us Reunite with Our Parents
Our family is going through a very difficult time, and today we turn to you for help.
On Thursday, March 19, 2026, our parents—Alberto, Cándido, and Fernando Rodríguez Torres—were detained at the Georgia-Florida border following a traffic stop. Despite presenting their IDs, driver's licenses, and insurance, they were arrested because one of the licenses was allegedly expired—though, in fact, it was not.
Our parents are hardworking men who have dedicated their entire lives to fighting for their families, always striving to provide for their children and wives. There are not enough words to describe the anguish and pain we are experiencing as a family right now.
We are currently facing very high legal expenses, so we are raising funds to pay their attorney to guide us through this process.
