Help The Rodriguez family fix their home!
Hi Guys,
My wife and I have been talking with Caleb about his home remodel project and thinking of ways we could help them. After trying several avenues, we believe fund raising is the best option at this point.
Caleb and Zanthia bought a home for their new family, and turns out it had a ton of termite damage. We are talking new beams, floor joists, new subfloor, flooring, etc. Caleb has done his best to remodel this project, but has been rather overwhelmed by it and a major hang up at this point is lack of funds. So right now the Rodrigues don't have a working bathroom, need new flooring, and a lot of other stuff. We are hoping to raise 5000 to cover most of these costs, and we are going a little higher than what they asked for because remodel projects almost always cost more than expected.
The breakdown of cost (from Caleb)
General:
Drywall mudding and sanding Priming and painting $50
Trim $200
Bathroom: Tub and shower plumbing Drywall and hardiboard $50
Tile $200
La and flooring $200
Sink $150
Medicine cabinet (needs framing before drywall)$30
Fan and vent Laundry room:
HVAC vent boot and new duct $30
Patch holes in floor Drywall, sub floor and flooring $200
Water heater Cut dryer vent
Kitchen:
Cabinets Countertop Sink
Contributions towards replacing furniture and belongings lost to mold: $1,000
Total 4100
I suggest an additional 900 for unexpected costs , and some contribution towards appliances or other needs.
It would be great if we could have this all raised for them within a month!
