The Rivera family has endured more hardship, pain, and suffering than most families should ever have to face.
Joey and Jessica Rivera have been married since 2019 and built a loving home together with their five children: Kieara, Joselito, Damian, Caden, and Triniti. Their home has always been centered on caring for others and serving their community.
Jessica Rivera was remarkable. She had a beautiful heart and was a Godly woman. She welcomed everyone with warmth, kindness, and hospitality. Jessica loved deeply and gave freely, always willing to share what she had with those around her.
Joey is a volunteer firefighter and volunteer EMS for his local community. Before that, he proudly served four years in the United States Marine Corps. Anyone who knows Joey knows he is the kind of person who gives everything he has to help others.
After more than ten years of courageously battling cancer, Jessica has gone home to be with the Lord. Though the disease slowly took its toll, she faced it with incredible strength, grace, and a smile that never faded.
Her family stood beside her every step of the way, enduring the heartbreak of watching a beloved wife and mother fight so bravely.
Now Joey and the children face the unimaginable reality of life without Jessica.
We are asking anyone who is able to please consider showing love and support to the Rivera family through a donation of any amount. Your generosity will help ease the burden of mounting medical expenses and funeral costs during this incredibly difficult time.
The Rivera family has spent years giving to others. Now they need the support of the community around them.
If you cannot give financially, please keep Joey and the children in your prayers. Pray that they find strength as they grieve the loss of a wonderful wife and mother. Pray that they find comfort in the memories of Jessica’s love, and the joy she brought into the lives of everyone who knew her.
Thank you for helping lift up the Rivera family during this time of profound loss
