Back in December, during the windstorm, part of a tree fell onto my parents’ house. It fell onto their bedroom, but luckily nobody was in there and everyone is okay. At first we didn’t think the damage was too bad, but once we were able to get things looked at more closely (and with the holidays slowing everything down), we’ve learned the repairs are going to be around $8,000.

The insurance deductible is almost $10,000, so we’re trying to help my parents come up with the money to get the house repaired. Any donation would mean a lot. And if you’re not able to give right now, sharing this page is just as helpful.

En diciembre, durante la tormenta de viento, parte de un árbol cayó sobre la casa de mis padres. Se cayó sobre su dormitorio, pero por suerte no había nadie allí y todo el mundo está bien.
