Help the Ritchey family travel and living expenses
Donation protected
Hi, as many of you know, George Ritchey began experiencing seizures over a year ago. These seizures quickly grew in quantity and severity making it almost impossible to even finish a full day of school. The Ritchey family has worked tirelessly with different doctors all over the Midwest and George was recently diagnosed with a very rare disease called Rasmussen’s Syndrome. Although there is no cure for this diseases, a brain surgery can be performed that will greatly minimize (and hopefully prevent) further seizures. George’s surgery will be on February 6th at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. As you can imagine, the recovery and rehabilitation that George will endure will be long and tedious. He is expected to remain in Cincinnati for 7-10 weeks post op. George is such a bright light with an amazing attitude and love for
life that we know, along with the support of his incredible family, he will make a full recovery. We will be anxiously awaiting his jokes when he comes home. Please consider donating to help offset travel, living, eating, dog sitting, etc expenses so the Ritchey family can focus on George and Harrison.
Please share this with anyone that knows this wonderful family but please do not share on social media.
On behalf of the Ritchey family, thank you for your love and support!
**The Ritchey family is very humble and have not asked for help, they do not even know about this fundraiser. This is just a way for the community to give back to a family we all love
