Help the Ring Family Rebuild After a Devastating House Fire

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

The Ring Family—Kelsey and Christy and their two beautiful children, Nixon and Noble—have experienced an unimaginable tragedy. On the evening of October 13th, their home was destroyed in a devastating fire. Thankfully, no one was harmed, but their lives have been turned upside down in a matter of minutes.

They heard a pop in the garage and started to smell smoke. It only took minutes for the flames to destroy the front of the house. God was watching over them, as everyone (including dogs) got out of the house safely. "Firefighters immediately launched an aggressive attack on the fire, while simultaneously conducting a search of the house... The family members were visibly shaken, sat outside the home as firefighters battled the blaze, anxiously watching as flames engulfed parts of their home," as stated in a report on the Nextdoor app. "Thanks to the quick response of the local fire department, and with help from the city of Orange FD, they were able to prevent the flames from spreading further and control the fire without any injuries. For now, the Ring Family is left to recover from the emotional toll of the incident, while investigators continue their work to pinpoint the exact cause and why the fire spread so quickly."

The Ring's now face the daunting task of rebuilding. With no way to return to their home right now, they are temporarily staying with family, but they need help with the costs of basic everyday essentials. The emotional toll is already heavy, and we want to do everything we can to lessen their financial burden during this time of crisis.

While insurance will cover some of the damages, it will be a long, slow process before they can rebuild their home. In the meantime, they need immediate assistance to meet their day-to-day needs and begin the recovery process.

Basic Necessities: Clothes, toiletries, food, and other essential supplies they need to get back on their feet.

Children’s Needs: School supplies, Nixon's uniforms and clothes (Nixon's room was completely destroyed), and comfort items for the kids, who are struggling to cope with the loss of their home and belongings.

Rebuilding Their Home: Any remaining funds will help cover costs associated with rebuilding and furnishing their home once they are able to do so.
