Help the Ridge Restaurant

The Ridge Restaurant is a small restaurant in South Coventry township and has been in operation for 18 years.  As of March 16,  they were forced to close due to COVID-19 stay at home orders.  Over the past two months they have lost 90 percent of their inventory due to spoilage which insurance will not cover.  The restaurant applied for the PPP loan but the amount approved will not float the restaurant through to open since Governor Tom Wolf just extend the stay at home order.  The restaurant owner wants to be able to provide for his family and also serve  the community and customers that he is so lucky to have.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
