Help the residents of Brigadoon rebuild

The permanent residents of brigadoon holiday park are a very close community many of their residents are elderly and have lived there for 10+ years and only know this place as home.  With the recent floods most of the resident have lost everything. And unfortunately due to the massive cost of flood insurance when living next to a river they simply couldn't afford to insure. This GFM page is to try and make the shift from evacuation centres back into their homes a little easier. The resident will more than likely be coming back to masivly damaged homes and won't have the funding to repair to a liveable condition . After visiting today and seeing the water levels on their cabins 90% of their electrical equipment will be a write off. 
I would love for the community to band together and raise some funds to replace the most basic of items we all use daily. Eg- microwaves, fridges, TV's. There will already be massive support for helping clean and make their houses liveable but this is to make sure that they can go back to a some what normal life.
