Help the Rahman Family Rebuild their Home

(The family requested that I do not share photos of them or their children to protect them from any possible targeting from the zionists of Israel.)

I was recently contacted by Noor Rahman from Gaza, a wife, and mother to 10, 5 of which are very young children in desperate need of help. Her family recently fell victim to an Israeli airstrike which caused detrimental damage to their home in Gaza, Palestine. Their situation was already extremely difficult as her husband is diabetic - regularly needing to buy insulin, and has had numerous failed knee surgeries leaving him unable to work most days, let alone walk. They can no longer afford any further treatment for his knee as they have also fallen in debt to the pharmacy and the grocers. Noor explained that they have been trying to save to buy a tuk-tuk/auto rickshaw (a motorcycle with cabin) to help them start a business and earn an income, but the destruction of their home has completely overwhelmed them.

I have spent lots of time speaking to her on the phone, and I have verified her situation through video call, she showed me the front of her house and I was immediately able to see her living room through the curtains where the walls used to be. They covered up as much of the ceiling as they could with metal sheets, the rest with tarp - she told me that it feels like they live in the core of a flame when the sun is shining inside the house for several hours a day, and when it rains, it rains inside the house. She then showed me the room where the children sleep, no beds, thin mattresses on the floor and massive holes and cracks in the walls from the blast.

They have single washroom with a toilet, no shower.

With pain in my heart. I felt the need to help her and her family get back on their feet.

Your support will be going towards helping her family pay off their debts, rebuild their home, and buy a tuktuk/auto rickshaw to help them start a business to help them get back on their feet, and stay on their feet.
