Friends and Family,

My name is Andrea Rahimi and Austin was my stepson. Many of you have had the privilege to have met my son Austin and saw how special and pure Austin was. You also saw what challenges he was dealt with as a baby. Austin was born with severe complications and was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. Austin spent his life in a wheelchair, deaf, and had his meals through his g-tube. Even with all that was dealt to him, Austin was the light in our lives, always so happy and affecting his love with anyone who ever met him. When I met Austin 8 1/2 years ago, this child had absolutely changed my life and made me a better mom and person. His giggle would take over the room and make everyone smile, his beautiful smile made you so happy, and his soul was so pure. Through all of that, Austin had an amazing life. Austin was a big brother to Joshua and Luke, whom he loved to pick on and would laugh for hours watching them be goofy. Austin was blessed with getting a younger sister as well, Amelia, who he would smile at every time he saw her. Austin made a huge impact on anyone he met and was so loved by so many, and he loved so hard.

On Tuesday, April 8th, Austin was rushed to the hospital because he was unresponsive and his heart stopped. **Wednesday night, surrounded by his loved ones, Austin went home peacefully with Jesus.** None of us saw this coming, and it happened so fast. My son is free and dancing with the angels, he is walking free hand in hand with God, and he is looking down on all of his loved ones.

**Losing a child is never easy, and having a child with special needs is harder to prepare for.** So many have reached out asking what they can do for our family. We have felt all of your prayers and love; we can't thank you all enough. **Planning for a funeral comes with extreme costs. Donating to help lay my son to rest would help us out in this difficult time.** We love all of you and are so blessed to have each and every one of you in our lives and even more in Austin's life. Austin, my son, you will never be forgotten, and I love you so much. Rest easy, my son, and fly high till we meet again.

God Bless and Thank you

* UPDATE *
Friends and Family. I can’t thank you all enough for all of the support you have given our family. We are so blessed and touched by all of you. Sadly I wanted to share what other hardships our family has experienced since Austin’s passing…. A week after Austin passed Andre was in the hospital due to what we thought was bad indigestion. After running some test and getting Andre’s labs back they discovered that Andre will need major open heart surgery in July and is in congestive heart failure. Andre has an aneurysm in one of his major artery, He will need three of his valves to be replaced, Andres heart is not pumping blood correctly his heart is pumping at 29% and the normal is 55%. The death of Austin was what put Andre in the hospital from a broken heart is what the Doctor explained to Andre and I. Andre didn’t have any other symptoms and if we didn’t catch this one day the aneurysm wound have burst killing Andre. This news has been extremely hard for us to hear and we are trying to prepare the best we can. To top it all off the salon I was working at let me go and I lost my job. As you can imagine this has put even more stress on us financially and can’t thank you all enough for your donations. Please continue to share not only my son Austin story but not my husbands as well. Thank you all again.
