On July 4, 2025, devastating floods swept through San Angelo, leaving many families with unimaginable loss—and among them was the beloved Rabb family. Mrs. Rabb is the director of Trinity Lutheran Early Childhood Center in San Angelo. She is someone who has always shown up for so many families in San Angelo, including mine. Her love for all of our littles is well known all across the community. Mrs. Rabb would never dream of asking for help, but now finds herself in need of the support she so freely gives.

The floodwaters destroyed nearly everything. Their home has suffered significant damage and is currently unlivable. Insurance has denied coverage for the repairs and replacements, leaving the Rabb family with the overwhelming burden of starting from scratch. Years of memories, hard work, and preparation were washed away in a matter of hours.

Not only did they lose the contents of their own home, but her daughter Katy Ezell also lost all the furniture and essentials they had been carefully storing for their new home they were supposed to be moving into this month.

Now, we have a chance to give back to this amazing family. Every dollar will go toward helping them rebuild their home and replace the basic necessities that were lost. No amount is too small, and every act of generosity brings hope and relief.
