Help the Quehrn family rebuild after tragic flood

Hi, my name is Sheralyn and my brother and sister-in-law just lost their home to a sudden flood in the Nooksack, WA area. In a matter of hours, the flood waters crept up and inundated their home. Their whole neighborhood flooded from a river nearby and they had to be rescued in a rubber boat by courageous US Border Patrol agents. They had to leave all of their belongings behind and everything they have worked so hard for as muddy water crawled 10 to 15 inches up the walls.

 

They have a six-year-old son and his birthday is next week. Along with Thanksgiving, his birthday and the upcoming holidays, this is even a more tragic loss. They have lost so much, so many family items and keepsakes that can't be replaced. Please help raise money to get them food and clothing and begin to rebuild their lives after such a devastating event.
