My name is Richard Price and I’m asking for your help. On March 13th, 2025, I was life-flighted to Wesley Medical Center and was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome, a rare disease that causes extreme muscle weakness and weight loss. I also was experiencing kidney failure. On March 15th, while I was still hospitalized, our house burned to the ground. My sons Alex (18) and Chris (16) and their friends made it out, with Chris receiving burns on his hands and smoke inhalation, while one of his friends was left with more serious injuries.

I am asking for help with funds to find a place to live, replacement clothing, shoes, medical equipment (my wheelchair and artificial leg were also destroyed), medical bills, furniture, appliances… essentially everything.
