The California Poppies are a competitive USRA U-19 women’s team from Truckee and Tahoe City, California that competed in the World Rafting Championships in Malaysia this last December - competing for Team USA.
The Poppies won 2 golds and 3 bronze medals at the World Championships - winning the Sprint and Head-to-Head races, and taking 3rd in Downriver, Slalom, and overall points! Your generous support can help them compete again in Pau, France - at a Youth & U23 World Cup Race coming up in late April.

April 23rd to April 26th - the Poppies will travel to Pau, France to compete in this World Cup Event located in the incredible Whitewater Stadium Pau - site for the Junior and U23 World Championships in 2026.
