URGENT HELP FOR CHICAGO FAMILY!


The Popoca family consists of Mr. and Mrs. Popoca and their two sons. Their younger son has a hearing loss and has been diagnosed with a Kidney Disease and is on the transplant list. This family currently has no income and are unable to receive unemployment. Please help out the Popoca family as they are going through troubled times. This fundraiser is to catch them back up on their rent, get basic necessities, medication for their youngest son, and to get them through the winter months. Any little bit helps, thank you so much!
