Dear friends and brothers and sisters in Christ,

My name is Kelsey Sianos, and I’m creating this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends and fellow believers, Travis and Naomi Plessner, and their two children, Miles (7) and Sadie (4).

The Plessners felt led by God to move to Blue Hill, Maine from Virginia two years ago. This past Saturday, while the family was away for the day, their home tragically caught fire. Though we are praising God for His protection (everyone is safe, including their dog), their home suffered a near-total loss and most of their belongings are gone.

As they begin the long and difficult process of working with insurance, they face immediate and ongoing needs: securing temporary housing, purchasing daily essentials, restoring what can be salvaged, feeding their family, and maintaining a sense of stability for their children.

Every gift, no matter the size, is a tangible expression of love and support, and a way to help carry this burden with them. May God be glorified through our generosity, and may the Plessners be strengthened in the knowledge that their family, friends, neighbors, and church family are with them.

All funds raised through this GoFundMe will go directly to the Plessner family to help with immediate, out-of-pocket costs not covered by insurance.
