Help the Pioneers Secure a New Home by August 2025!

The Pioneers program—a transformative space where youth gain technical skills, mentorship, and community—has been asked to relocate on short notice and must secure a new facility by August 2025 to continue programming without interruption.

We’ve identified a space that will meet our needs, and TN ECD (Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development) has agreed to support us in maintaining the lease on a reimbursement basis. However, to move forward, we urgently need to raise enough funds upfront to sign the lease and begin preparing the space in time for the fall season.

Your donation will directly support: securing and preparing a new facility by August 2025, ensuring continuity of our fall programs and year-round mentorship, sustaining a safe, empowering environment for over 100 youth in our technical education initiatives.
