Hi, my name is Maria Monica Pinto. My husband Elmer and I have been married for 20 years. We have three children. Our youngest is in middle school. This month after my youngest daughter and I recovered from COVID, Elmer got infected with COVID and he is in critical condition.  He is at Kaiser in the ICU on the ventilator. His doctor is not hopeful. My heart is broken, I am anxious, and to be honest I don't know what to do.

Elmer's job is the only income for our family. I am worried about how to pay rent, health insurance, utilities, groceries, everything. 

I don't know what else to do right now other than rely on the kindness of strangers. If you are able to help a family in need, any amount will help me pay the health insurance, keep our kids in our home, lights on, food on the table. Any amount, even $1 will help us.  The only other thing I ask is that you pray for Elmer. Even though the doctors say he is very sick on 100% ventilator, please pray for a miracle.
