The Ping family, like many others in the greater Milwaukee area, have suffered catastrophic flooding of their basement, in excess of 3 feet of depth, with little coverage with their home insurance.

Losses include major appliances (washer, dryer, freezer), their furnace/AC unit, and their personal belongings as well as the clean-up and repair work needed to recover, which will be out of pocket.
