Hello everyone, I’m starting a gofundme for my good friend Nick Petosa and his family. Today one of the worst things that can happen to anyone happened. The Petosa's house caught on fire unexpectedly and the whole side of the house was a total loss. Fortunately they were home and immediately got everyone out of the house and called the fire department. While waiting for the firefighters to arrive Nick and his neighbors began attempting to spray water on it from a safe distance and had a good knock down on the fire. Although catching it at an early stage it still did quite a bit of damage to the outside with water damage to the inside from firefighters attempting to save the home.

If you don’t know Nick and his family I can tell you they are one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Nick works as a professional fishing guide “Petosa’s Guide Service” and has taken so many of the Skagit community members out and has given them an experience catching salmon and steelhead on the skagit and saulk river leaving smiles on faces and memories for life catching that one fish we all dream of! I have reached out to the Petosa family and have asked them permission to start this donation page for them to help Nick and his family rebuild the family home that has been damaged by fire today and help out with any expenses needed. No donation is too little or too small, everything helps. If you know the Petosa family like I do they would never ask for help but would go way out of their way to help others even in the smallest ways.
