On Monday, December 27, the Peevy family were all at home enjoying their new Christmas gifts when a new battery caught on fire in their garage. This battery led to their car to explode, causing the parents and the three kids (twelve, seven, and two) to lose all of their new Christmas toys, school supplies, and clothes. Everyone made it out safety, except their three kitties. The family is very grateful to be safe, and would be very thankful to anyone willing to help them rebuild their home.
