My Grandpa used to call me “Ana Banana” when I was a little girl, and as I grew up, I’d collect banana toys and plushies and started baking banana bread as soon as I learned my way around the kitchen.
Over time, I perfected the recipe to be the most delicious banana bread I've ever tasted, and once I found out I had Celiac, I made the recipe gluten free and can’t tell the difference. It’s so good!
My goal is to provide certified gluten free baked treats to celiac sufferers just like me who are looking for alternatives. AnaBanana is Always Gluten-free and Delicious for Everyone.
And after years of enjoying Ana Banana Bread with friends and family, and hearing positive feedback, like “you should go on Shark Tank!” we’ve decided to start this crowd funding campaign to help kickstart our family business.

Phase 1:
Business start up fees & logistics: $5,000
Portable Oven for Farmer's Markets: $4,000
Ingredients: $2,000
Packaging/Labels/Marketing: $2,000
Phase 2:
Bakery/Coffee Food Truck: $75,000 (If we meet our start-up goal, additional funds can go toward this.)
