Hi, my name is Stephen Parker. I’m a husband to my incredible wife, Tina, and a proud father to our two amazing daughters, Annabelle and Abigail. For the past few years, our family has been fighting an uphill battle—one we never saw coming. I’m reaching out today because we’ve exhausted every resource we have, and we need your help to get back on our feet.

About two years ago, we started noticing something was wrong. Tina, the girls, and I were all getting sick—headaches, fatigue, breathing issues, you name it. It took time, but we eventually discovered the culprit: toxic mold in our home/bathrooms. We’re in the process of buying this house, a place we hoped would be our safe haven, but instead, it’s become a source of struggle. The mold has forced us out, and for the past year, we’ve been living in a travel trailer parked right next to the house. We’re grateful to have a roof over our heads, even if it’s cramped and temporary, but it’s not a home, and it’s not where our girls should be growing up.

Around the same time the symptoms started, we launched a gaming YouTube channel for Annabelle and Abigail called "Anna & Abby Plays." It was a passion project for them—a way to have fun, connect with others, and share their love for gaming. They poured their hearts into it, but for the past year, we’ve been unable to record or stream. The chaos of our living situation and health challenges have put their dreams on hold, and it breaks my heart to see them sidelined from something they love so much.

This isn’t our only fight. Since 2020, I’ve been through 16 surgeries because of an autoimmune condition that’s left me unable to work. I’m now on Social Security Disability, which helps but doesn’t stretch far enough for a family of four—especially under these circumstances. On top of that, our youngest, Abigail, has kidney disease. She’s a fighter, just like her sister Annabelle and her mom, but it’s another layer of worry and expense we’re navigating every day.

We’ve tried everything to get help. Insurance turned us down, and other programs haven’t come through. We’ve poured every penny we could into starting the remediation process for our house, but the costs are overwhelming, and we’re at the end of our rope. That’s why I’m here, asking for your support.

The funds we raise will go directly toward continuing the remediation efforts to make our home safe again—to get rid of the toxic mold once and for all so we can move back in and start rebuilding our lives. It’ll also give Annabelle and Abigail a chance to get back to "Anna & Abby Plays" and reclaim a piece of their joy. Every dollar will bring us closer to a stable, healthy environment for Tina, the girls, and me.

I never imagined I’d be writing something like this, but I’ve learned that sometimes you have to lean on others to stand back up. If you’re able to contribute, we’d be forever grateful.
