Hey there! We are the Page family; Bruce, Brittni and our 3 girls. On May 7th, we were on our way to pick up our girls from school and daycare when a semi cut us off on the highway, hit us, pushed our van into the path of a second semi and then fled the scene as we were pushed several hundred feet down the highway, through the median and into the guard rail by the second semi.

While extremely terrifying, we both walked away with minor physical injuries and the driver of the second semi was also physically unharmed. Our van, as the photos show, was not so lucky and she was totaled.

We had hopes that law enforcement would find the driver of the semi that caused the accident and ran, and so we hired a lawyer. We were instructed not to post anything, and to wait and see if the driver could be found. Unfortunately, that is not going to be the case. The driver of the second semi did not catch any usable footage on his dashcam and no witnesses came forward to help us.

The gap coverage and insurance will take care of the van, but school is approaching and we need a second vehicle as Bruce works odd hours and we cannot always guarantee that our car will be able to be available for everyone's different schedules. This will put a bit of financial strain on us, so we are hoping that there are people out there that are willing to help us in this time of hardship.
