Help the Padilla Family with Funeral Costs

Hola a todos,

Me llamo Gabby. Con profundo pesar anunciamos el fallecimiento de mi tío Rubén Padilla. Rubén fue un querido esposo, padre, abuelo, tío, primo y amigo para muchos. Todos quienes lo conocieron lo extrañarán profundamente. Al enfrentar la difícil tarea de organizar su despedida final, también enfrentamos la carga financiera de los gastos funerarios. Este fallecimiento fue inesperado. Mi tío enfrentó muchos problemas de salud antes de su fallecimiento. Tenía diabetes y estuvo en diálisis durante años. Hace un mes, tuvo que amputarse un dedo del pie debido a una infección/gangrena. Desafortunadamente, dos semanas después también tuvo que amputarse el pie. En general, estaba de buen humor, tenía una personalidad alegre, y una risa contagiosa. Era el mayor de nueve hermanos. Todos lo admiraban y respetaban profundamente. Este fallecimiento ha dejado a quienes lo conocieron y amaron muy devastados. Buscamos el apoyo de nuestra comunidad para ayudar a aliviar la carga financiera de la familia. Los fondos recaudados se utilizarán para cubrir los gastos del funeral y el entierro, así como cualquier servicio conmemorativo planificado. Agradecemos su apoyo y compasión durante estos momentos difíciles. Cualquier donación, por pequeña que sea, será muy apreciada.

My name is Gabby. It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of my uncle Ruben Padilla. Ruben was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, cousin and friend to many. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. As we face the difficult task of arranging his final farewell, we are also faced with the financial burden of funeral expenses. This passing was unexpected. My uncle faced many health challenges prior to his passing. He had diabetes, and was getting dialysis for years. A month ago he had to get a toe amputated due to infection/gangrene. Unfortunately, two weeks later he had to get his foot amputated as well. Overall, he was in good spirits had a very fun, bubbly personality, and contagious laugh. He was the oldest of 9. Everyone looked up to him with great admiration and respect. This passing has left the ones who knew and loved him very devastated. We are seeking support from our community to help alleviate the financial strain on the family. The funds raised will be used to cover the costs of funeral service, and burial. As well as any planned memorial services. We are grateful for your support and compassion during this difficult time. Any amount, no matter how small, will be greatly appreciated."
