On May 19th, 2025, Thomas and Emma welcomed their youngest son, Killian, into their family. Killian was born with an interrupted aortic arch, a serious heart condition that made it impossible for blood to flow normally from his heart. At just one week old, Killian had to be placed on bypass to perform major open-heart surgery. Due to follow-on complications, he was placed on bypass multiple times during his heart surgery. For the past 6 months, Thomas and Emma have fought tirelessly to save their youngest son - rushing between hospital visits, daycare for their older sons, attending critical medical treatments, and advocating for their baby boy's life. Despite the family’s tireless efforts, hope, and prayers, tragically, Killian peacefully passed away on November 12, 2025.

We hope to bless the Olson family in this difficult season by rallying around Thomas and Emma with prayer, love, and support during this devastating time. The constant medical appointments have forced Thomas and Emma to miss work, and they're now facing the overwhelming financial costs of Killian’s funeral arrangements as well as medical treatment.

While we cannot ease the heartbreak of their loss, we can lighten the practical burdens they're facing. Together, they are nurturing parents to their two sons, Bear and Emmett. Thomas has always had a servant’s heart, a passion for helping others, and a deep commitment to his family.
