Help the Nugent family pay for Scoliosis surgery

Hi! My name is Dana, and I am part of a team working together to help our dear friends raise money to cover the cost of a very expensive yet urgent and very vital surgery.

Stevie Nugent is a wife and mom to three amazing kids. She has been diagnosed with severe scoliosis along with spondylolisthesis and anterolisthesis. Her spine is very rotated and twisted in an S shape, and she basically has a broken vertebrae. This causes severe pain, dislocations, diminished lung capacity, her heart to work extra hard while her other organs also have extra pressure on them at all times. These symptoms and many others hinder her in her ability to take care of her household, homeschool her children and serve God by ministering to others as her heart desires too.

As of now she has multiple weekly appointments with various specialists just to keep her out of the hospital and barely functioning. Doctors have told her that it is a miracle that she’s even walking.

Stevie needs two major surgeries to help correct the curvatures in her spine and the broken vertebrae. The success rate of these newer surgeries is very high, but the cost of these surgeries and Post-op therapy is very expensive. They also require half of the total cost upfront in order to schedule for the surgery.
