UPDATE: Sadly, Mike's stroke has resulted in the need for ongoing, full-time care. He is in a nursing home and will be for the foreseeable future. The treatment and physical therapy did not show improvement, therefore it has been stopped. The financial burden is great and help is still needed!

We are raising funds for the Noakes family as they navigate some medical issues in the family.

Their daughter was hospitalized for an infection that required surgery, after which will be an extensive rehab. At the same time, Mike suffered a stroke on May 14th and will require a lengthy rehab and/or skilled nursing stay. The serious medical issues are painful enough to deal with, and the financial implications are overwhelming. They need our help.

Nancy and Mike have been pillars in the community, focused on helping others, so their friends and family would like to support them by assisting during this challenging time. It is unclear what Mike's prognosis is, and Nancy is juggling working to keep the family afloat, caring for her daughter as she recovers, and now is dealing with the care providers and decision-making for Mike's care.
