Friday morning 3 AM, our neighbors ( The Nguyen Family) — a couple and their son — lost everything when their home caught fire.

We’re creating this GoFundMe as neighbors who want to support them, because in a moment like this, nobody is thinking about fundraising — they’re just trying to process what happened and figure out their next steps. I’ve seen the Rosemount community come together and help out their people and I’m really hoping we could do it again.

They made it out safely, but they escaped with only the clothes they were wearing. Their home, their belongings, and all their everyday essentials were gone within minutes.

This family has lived in that home for years. This is the home their son grew up in and I’m sure a lot of you watched him grow up. They’re quiet, kind, hardworking people — the type of neighbors who always wave and keep to themselves. Seeing them lose everything so suddenly has been heartbreaking for everyone around them.

We’re hoping to gather support so they can replace the basic items they need as they start to rebuild after this loss.
