Help the Newton's Rebuild After Devastating Fire

On the morning of October 2nd, my brother's home caught fire, tragically destroying everything inside, including the family's five pets - two dogs, two cats, and their recently adopted fawn. Thankfully, everyone else was safely away from the house when the fire erupted.

The tragedy has left my brother, Christofer, his wife Ansley, and their three children, Weston (14), Mckinley (13), and Brantley (9), with nothing but the clothes on their backs and an overwhelming sense of devastation.

Those who know our family know that our father, Chip Newton, unexpectedly passed away in 2020, leaving us devastated. After his passing, Christofer took on the courageous responsibility of picking up and moving his career, family, and belongings to Lagrange, GA to maintain our father's home.

Christofer invested countless hours of time and money every week for three years to transform our father's house back into our childhood home again. He put his heart and soul into that house. It was more than just a place to live; it symbolized our father, our childhood, and our family's resiliency.

My brother and his family have lost everything. Unfortunately, due to the house being an older modular home, there's no insurance that the family can collect. The safety net that could have aided them during this unimaginable disaster just isn't available to them.

Sadly, the house has been deemed beyond repair and will be demolished. Christofer is committed to rebuilding not just a house but the home he grew up in, a place where love, warmth, and cherished memories can thrive once more for his children.
