Help the Newcomb Family Stay Afloat During a Medical Crisis

I am reaching out today on behalf of our dear neighbors, Jess and Mark Newcomb, and their three children, who are a part of our Caledonia community.

Mark has been battling stage 5 kidney failure and has been very sick for several months. He has been in and out of the hospital and is currently back in. He is currently out of work due to his condition, and the toll this has taken on their family has been devastating. Without Mark's income coming in, they have fallen behind on all their bills, including rent, utilities, and mounting medical expenses.

Jess is doing everything she can to hold the family together, but the weight of this crisis is too heavy to carry alone. Their children, who attend school right here in town, are trying to stay strong, but this uncertainty is taking a toll on everyone.

I am asking for help — any amount you can give will make a difference. Whether it’s $5, $50, or simply sharing this page, every act of kindness helps them stay in their home and take the next step toward getting Mark the care he needs, including the search for a life-saving kidney donor.
