Help the Nebres Family

I have known Michelle Nebres and her husband Arnold Nebres for several years now. As a friend, I have had the privilege of seeing these couples go through significant struggles together, dedicated to loving and supporting each other through some difficult and rare health challenges.  Arnold was diagnosed with Heart Failure and has a stage 3 Chronic Kidney Disease with severe Pulmonary Hypertension, and he has been in and out of the hospital frequently. These past few months Arnold has been bedridden, and his illness has taken a turn for the worse.  To make ends meet, Michelle has been working two jobs in the foodservice industry while the illness is ravaging Arnold and taking a toll on them and the entire family.  Unfortunately for Arnold, the prognosis is not good, as he has just been given a diagnosis of a week to live due to the advancement of Kidney disease.  The family is ill-prepared to deal with the mental, emotional, and physical demands of this news and has been shattered by the impending probability of losing Arnold to this disease at such an early age. 

I am pleading with you to consider their desperate situation and offer any help that you can in order to assist the family in this trying and difficult time.  Any amount that you can give to them will help in preparing and dealing with the extreme challenges they are facing at this time.  Can you please help in any way that you feel comfortable, Michelle and Arnold need your generosity to make these times tolerable, as your donations would be of great help and will go directly to Michelle.
