My name is Louis Yuliano, Chief of Parsippany Rescue and Recovery. 

Last week, we lost one of our life members after a long battle with illness. The family is now faced with unexpected medical and funeral costs. 

Franco was a hard worker, whose family came to this country from Chile for a better life and to live the American dream. 

He was a true family man and would help anyone in need; no questions asked.

He was a dedicated servant, volunteering with our squad for twenty years.  He helped so many, and now, he needs our help.
