Help the Mosbys with Frank's Medical Costs

Our dear friends are facing an unexpected expense to save their sweet dachshund, Frank. Frank recently experienced IVDD which caused excruciating pain and left his back legs paralyzed. He came out of surgery and has a long road to recovery, which will likely include physical therapy.
