Hi, my name is Dion Trevarthen, I live near Edinburgh in Scotland, and I have made few fundraisers now for families in Gaza, as well as others experiencing difficulties.

Elaf Mohammed Bakheet contacted me recently via social media to see if I could help her and her family. She is just 12 years old, living with her mother, her brother Amir, who is 16, and her father.

Her mother is suffering from a slipped disc in her neck, her father is injured in the arm, and her brother is psychologically disturbed because of the war. After their house was destroyed by the Israeli military they have been living in a tattered tent, without adequate food and medicine. Elaf tells me that her aunt's have been killed, and another aunt has had to have a leg amputated.

They do not have adequate clothes or blankets. Please try to do something to help them get through this winter, and to be able to continue their lives.
