Help the Mini Gourmet

Hello everyone.

With a heavy heart, we share the unfortunate news of an electrical fire that occurred in the kitchen at the Mini Gourmet on Thursday, December 21st, 2023. Thankfully, no one was hurt during the devastating fire. Still, it does sadden our hearts about all the horrible damage our kitchen has faced. Due to this, our restaurant will be closed until further notice as we repair and restore our kitchen.

The Mini Gourmet has been serving the community for several years now. As you may know, the owners, Chon and Cesar, and their brothers have been working here since they were young. They all genuinely exemplify the American Dream. This restaurant is their livelihood, and this unfortunate incident upsets all of us. This restaurant means a lot to our family; we wouldn’t want to lose it.

We are asking our community for their support. We have set up this donation page to get help to cover the costs of this tragedy, along with assisting in easing the financial burden of a small business loss. Our goals are to restore our kitchen and serve our valuable customers again as soon as possible. Please consider donating and sharing our page to help us achieve our goals. Anything helps.
