I am writing to you today with a heavy heart to share the devastating news that my family and I recently lost our home in the Bahamas due to a ravaging house fire. Our lives were turned upside down in moments, and all our precious memories and belongings were destroyed due to what we have reason to believe was arson. As I currently reside in Canada, I want to do everything possible to support my family during this tough time.

The timing could not be worse, as this is happening within days of my sister's wedding. It is now more than ever that my family needs support and solidarity to help them rebuild their lives from the ground up. That's why I have created this GoFundMe campaign to ask for your help.

Secondly, we must provide my family with essential supplies such as clothing, furniture, and kitchen appliances. Finally, we need your support to heal from this tragedy. Anything above the costs of rebuilding their lives will be put towards stability while my family begins to heal emotionally, physically, and mentally from this unfortunate circumstance.
