Help the Mercado Family!!!!

Friends and Family,

We as a family are at a loss for words at this time. It is with our deepest condolences to hear the tragic news of the fatal car accident that has now affected this beloved family. Christopher D. Mercado, also known by so many of his fans as “Crescendo”, has passed away.

The loss is very hard for the children, his wife, 

mother and family. Please keep them in your prayers as they navigate through this difficult time. Many people have reached out and we decided to start this page to help with funeral expenses and life after this tragedy.

Chris has poured into thousands of lives through music, clothing, radio, church, The VERB and countless other platforms. It’s time for us to rally around his surviving family by blessing them the way they’ve blessed so many. Please keep the family in your prayers.

Chris loved Jesus so much! His mission was to minister through his music. He wanted to give you hope and not settle for nothing less than Jesus. Reminding us to, “say less and be more”. Our hearts will forever be changed by him and the light of the Lord he carried. Crescendo, your music lives on forever. A legend in the hip hop scene, always giving glory to the King of Kings!
