Hello my name is Erik Melendez , my mother Dina Perez has been battling a Tough tough battle with aggressive Breast Cancer this past year , she went into the hospital last week due to Pneumonia but unfortunately things took a Turn for the Worst and she was taken from us 11/19/24 at 9:35am

she was in peace and at ease from any pain , was surrounded around a loving family and friends

she gave a full day of her last moments and for that I’m very thankful to GOD , for allowing to have those final moments

this is something we are not prepared for unfortunately and me and The Melendez family members are asking for any help possible with trying to navigate funeral cost and things of that sort that follow afterwards
